At FBCC, missions is a huge part of what we do and we are thankful for the opportunities and partners God has given us. From our local community to places across oceans, we strive to be goers or senders. Here are a few ways that we seek to make disciples of all nations.

Spencer and Sara Bauer
Spencer and Sara work with Bridges International to serve the approximately 50,000 international students at USC, UCLA, and other colleges in the Los Angeles metro. LA is 2nd in the nation for cities with the most internationals enrolled, many from the least-reached people groups of the world. Their hope is that these future business, education, and community leaders would have the chance to experience the life-changing touch of Christ and be able to go back home and influence their nations for Him.

Jeff and stephanie bys
Jeff and Stephanie Bys serve in Kenya with their seven children. In 2017 they opened up an orphan/at-risk home called Mercy Children's Home where over 100 children live there full time with the Bys family. In 2019 the Bys opened a school called Mercy Christian Academy. Currently there are over 230 students enrolled. At the school they start each day with chapel and end each day with a Bible study curriculum. Everything done at Mercy Ministries is completely donor funded.
